1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We require a valid email address and contact number for all reservations.
  • For parties of 6 or more, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. Tables may be released after 15 minutes without notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
  • Repeat no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
  • To cancel, contact us by phone on 07835 354124 or email hello@sunflowercafe.co.uk.

3. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

  • Whilst we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, our kitchen handles a range of allergens.
  • We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering.
  • Ask a team member for allergen information before ordering — we'll always do our best to help.
  • Menu items and ingredients may change without prior notice. Always confirm with staff before ordering.

4. Online Ordering

  • Online orders are subject to availability and kitchen capacity.
  • Estimated collection times are approximate and may vary during busy periods.
  • Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT.
  • Once an order is confirmed, amendments may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders left uncollected beyond the stated collection time.

5. Liability

  • The Sunflower accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property whilst on the premises.
  • We accept no liability for adverse reactions to food where allergen information has been provided and acknowledged.
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. General

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any person and to ask guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
